Helpline App to enhance the Services and other MyChild Helpline App products and services.
Cookies Whenever you access the App or website we may place "cookies" on your hard drive for record-keeping purposes to enhance your experience or sometimes to personalize your experience. Cookies are small text
files that are placed on your computers or mobile’s hard drive by the App you visit. Cookies help us to identify information relating your activities and to retain information relating to your preferences and history on the App.Ad
targeting cookies: MyChild Helpline App and/or our service providers may use advertising cookies to deliver ads that are more relevant to you and your interests. You may choose to disable cookies by turning off the cookie feature
on the web browser.However, by disabling this feature, some parts of the App may not function properly. This may prevent You from taking full advantage of the App.
III. USE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED MyChild Helpline App also may use your Personal Information and Non-Personal Information, both individually or combined together, for editorial and feedback purposes, for marketing
and promotional purposes, for statistical analysis of users’ behavior, for product development, for content improvement, for user support and technical support, to manage and provide the Services, and to customize content and layout
of the Services.Names, postal and e-mail addresses and phone numbers collected may be added to our databases and used for future calls and mailings regarding site updates, new products and services, upcoming events and the status
of orders placed online.MyChild Helpline App does not sell or rent your Personal Information to third-parties for marketing purposes without your consent. MyChild Helpline App may share your Personal Information you provide with
MyChild Helpline App subsidiaries and related companies. MyChild Helpline App may share Personal Information with business partners that assist MyChild Helpline App in providing you services. MyChild Helpline App is committed to
giving you the choice whether or not MyChild Helpline App uses your information for marketing purposes or shares information with business partners.

IV. COLLECTION AND USE OF CHILDREN’S PERSONAL INFORMATION The Services comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). MyChild Helpline App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 through the Services. In addition, in the event that a user identifies himself or herself as a child under the age of 13 within the Services or in connection with any Content or Software, MyChild Helpline App will not collect, store or use any personal information of such user. Further, in the event that MyChild Helpline App receives personal information that MyChild Helpline App discovers was provided by a child under the age of 13, MyChild Helpline App will promptly delete such personal information in a secure manner.
V. SAFEGUARDS MyChild Helpline App maintains appropriate safeguards that ensure the security, integrity, and privacy of the personal information we collect and store about our account holders, including children under 13. Personal information collected by MyChild Helpline App is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the public and that are only accessible by authorized employees. In addition, our online store uses industry-standard encryption to prevent unauthorized electronic access to sensitive financial information such as your credit card number.

Android Permission Some of our Android mobile apps and games (together called “Products'') may require permissions like : android.permission.BIND_DEVICE_ADMIN, ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION, ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, ACCESS_WIFI_STATE, CAMERA, INTERNET, READ_CONTACTS, READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, READ_PHONE_STATE, RECORD_AUDIO, SEND_SMS, SET_WALLPAPER, SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW, FLASHLIGHT, VIBRATE, WAKE_LOCK, WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (collectively called the “Permissions”). All Permissions are used to provide the best user experience. All personal and non-personal information collected by the use of above Permissions are used only by the Products itself and are not stored, used, disclosed outside of the Products.
VII. ACCESS TO PERSONAL INFORMATION MyChild Helpline App makes good faith efforts to enable you to review, update or correct your personal information in MyChild Helpline App possession. In order to do so, please contact our Privacy Policy Administrator at admin@mychildhelpline.org MyChild Helpline App will need sufficient information from you to establish your identity and to verify your access request, and also to assist us in handling your request.

How to Delete Your Account
If you wish to delete your account, please follow these steps:
- Open the App: Launch the My Child HelpLine App on your device.
- Navigate to Settings: Click on the Settings icon located in the bottom navigation bar.
- Locate "Delete Account": Scroll through the settings menu and find the list item labeled "Delete Account".
- Confirm Deletion: Tap on "Delete Account" and follow the on-screen prompts to confirm that you want to delete your account. You may be asked to enter your password or provide a reason for deletion.
- Return to Start Screen: After confirming, your account will be deleted and you will be redirected to the app's start screen.
- Data Retention: After your account is deleted, your data will be permanently removed from our active databases.
- Irreversibility: Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to retrieve any information associated with it.
